Ok, so we've been actually been in the house for about 8 years now. We've done some work to the house:

• Replaced the windows (20xx)
• Upgraded the alarm systemm
• Redid the Laundry Room (including installing tile floor)
• Painted the Workout Room in the basement
• Replaced the two HVAC systems (2011)
• Replaced the Roof (2012)
• Redid the upstairs hall bathroom
• Painted and installed hardwood floors in Master Bedroom
• Replaced all the bedroom doors with two panel roman arch doors
• Upgraded the insulation in the attic
• Perform continuous landscaping (take down trees, fix drainage, add plantings, etc.)
